About: Forget silver spoons, Jessica was born with a fork. Certainly her doctors had seen extra fingers and toes before, but this additional appendage confounded myriad medical professionals. Rather than see it as a defect, Jessica has put her fork to good use throughout the years, trying pretty much everything in her path and occasionally using it for self defense.

Jessica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, but these days she favors an apron and a pen to an HP12C and a log-in to CapitalIQ.

Favorite Foods: I have my own brand of kosher which includes favorites such as uni, foie gras, raw bar, lobster, bacon and gruyere.

Worst Food Experience: My sister and I jettisoned other plans to go to Porchetta for dinner one night, only to be greeted by a sign that said ‘Out of Pork.’ As our eyes welled up with tears, the proprietor took pity on us and served up some of Porchetta’s delicious potatoes with extra burnt ends. This could have been the worst food experience ever, but luckily it had a happy ending.
