About: As someone who loves to cook on a nightly basis and bake once or twice a week, Katie Piepel admits working at GrubHub.com has spiked some interest in her nightly meal planning. She has been fascinated by food ever since she can remember, but it wasn’t until college when she discovered there was more than casseroles and ham balls (Iowa readers are with me, yes?) Favorite foods: Homemade pizza (sorry, delivery)

Worst food delivery experience: When I was around 12-years-old (I’m hoping not much older for my own sake), my friends and I were creating some sweet dance routines while at a sleepover. We’d just ordered pizza and thought it would be a good idea to practice our moves while waiting for the delivery guy. Thirty minutes later, out of breath and completely wrapped up in the routine, we realized we had an audience. The swoon-worthy delivery driver was at the door watching our show, apparently waiting for us to strike a pose before bothering to ring the doorbell.
