Worst Delivery Experience: Before working at GrubHub.com, I decided to try a restaurant that had a very fancy menu. After placing my order, I received my order in a reasonable amount of time (1.5 hours for a weekend) and was greeted by a very sweaty delivery person. He had walked about a two miles to get me my food. After accepting my cash, he gave me damp change from the sweat of his pants. After putting the food down to eat, the food quality could only be described as "slushy beef." Imagine jello that looks like brown jello! I was not laughing while the congealed beef was trying to wriggle free from my chopsticks!
