The Daily Grub

While I started the season off hoping — as I do every year — that my Cubbies would have a serious shot at winning that elusive World Series title, it was over before it even began. But I’m not going to cry about it — I did that last year. Instead, I’m going to root for another team and eat a lot.

Ever since I returned to New York in 2004 I have been a happy Fresh Direct customer. While I’m a fan of having my lunch or dinner already cooked and delivered to my doorstep, I do a fair amount of cooking at home.
