Don’t let the recent snow storm in the D.C. area derail your Valentine’s Day plans. You can still plan a romantic dinner at home with the help of some of the cities most elegant restaurants.

While I started the season off hoping — as I do every year — that my Cubbies would have a serious shot at winning that elusive World Series title, it was over before it even began. But I’m not going to cry about it — I did that last year. Instead, I’m going to root for another team and eat a lot.

I never restrict my diet when I travel to New York.
