As soon as I land, every cell in my body yearns to stuff itself with dozens of slurpy good soup dumplings from Joe’s Shanghai over on Pell Street, indulge in Sabrett hot dogs, and of course, take in gobs of hot pastrami from Carnegie Deli on 7th Ave. at 55th.
