Summer is in full swing, and if you missed your prime window to get an air conditioner, you might be feeling the heat. Luckily, you can still cool down with some of these foods!
1. Ice Cream
Or, you know, yogurt if you’re feeling healthy. Bonus points for ordering toppings at the same time.

3. Juice Cleanse
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, second dinner – juices are an everytime food… if you’re on a cleanse.
4. Cold Noodles
Cold Sesame Noodles? Yep, we’re in.
5. Pasta Salad
Whether it’s mayo or olive-oil based, pasta salad is such a great side dish for a hot day.
Sometimes you just want a salad. (Not all the time, that would just be insanity. But sometimes.)
If you’re the kind of person who wants someone else to cut up your cantaloupe, we can’t blame you. In fact, we pretty much feel you there.
8. Iced Coffee and Tea
Some people drink iced coffee all year ‘round, and we think those people might be on to something.
9. Fancy sodas
Ginger ale. Ginger pomegranate soda. Ginger pomegranate infused with rosemary, laughter, and dreams fizz. The fancy soda trend is here, and we are not sad about it.
10. Deli sandwiches
